One of the easiest protein desserts imaginable! This recipe for Strawberry Chocolate Chip Protein Quark is a delicious mix of Strawberry Elli Quark, Alpine Strawberry Nutriwhey protein powder, and Lily’s stevia-sweetened chocolate chips!
Apologies for the name dropping, but I’m in love with this combo of products! I’ve mentioned before that Elli Quark is similar to yogurt, but without the sour tang. And it is sweetened with stevia and erythritol, so you get a creamy dessert without the yogurt taste or added sugar! The Alpine Strawberry Nutriwhey (when mixed with water) tastes like the strawberry milk I used to drink as a kid. And Lily’s chocolate chips have no added sugar; they are made with stevia and erythritol! Together they make a delicious Strawberry Chocolate Chip Protein Quark dessert!
