    Bake for the Cause Ebook

    The ebook is entitled "Sal's Favorites" because it contains my dad's favorite recipes of mine. After being diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer, his interest in my healthy, high-protein recipes grew, and he quickly became a fan! The physicians and staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering took great care of him, and we are so grateful.

    This ebook was created as a fundraiser in 2014 while Sal was undergoing cancer treatment. Over $1000 has been donated from the proceeds of this ebook:

    $450 donation (that got tripled!)

    to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a world-wide leader in biomedical research.

    $75 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

      Hi Kelly,
      Thanks for writing in! Above each picture here I've listed the allergen tags, so you can see which ones can be made dairy-free. Also the strawberry shortcake and tiramisu can be easily modified to leave out the dairy, and I think the hazelnut truffles and lime fudge would work with chocolate warrior blend or chocolate vega sport. If you do purchase the ebook, I'd be happy to help you with specifics via email.

      I was wondering how many of these recipes are dairy free/ can be used with vegan protein ( I use warrior blend) because I'm allergic to dairy so I can't even use whey protein!:( Ive followed you for a long time and this is always my go to website for recipes!!
