I’ve been excited about the Elli Quark samples I received, and I’ve used the plain quark in this Chocolate Cream Protein Mousse! The quark has the consistency of yogurt, but without the sour tang. So it adds a great creamy texture to our protein recipes, without making them taste like yogurt!

The recipe for this Chocolate Cream Protein Mousse is similar to my original Chocolate Protein Mousse recipe, but with better macros! Enjoy!

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

A note about substitutions: You could substitute casein powder for the whey powder. If you prefer plant protein, you could use Vega Sport Chocolate, Warrior Blend, or a similar pea blend. Other vegan powders are chalkier, and wouldn’t work well. You could also use other sweeteners, but I like the smooth texture of the confectioner's style erythritol.
