Vanilla Bean Protein Mousse

Makes about 1¼ cups (3 servings).
Serves: 3
  1. In a food processor, process the avocado and water.
  2. Add coconut butter. Process until smooth.
  3. Add whey protein and vanilla seeds. Process until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
A note about substitutions: You can substitute casein powder for the whey powder. I haven't found a vegan vanilla protein powder that I would recommend for this recipe.
