Wake-Me-Up Green Tea Protein Bars

Makes two bars.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Put the whey protein and matcha powder in a bowl.
  2. Open the Lean N' Green capsule and pour the contents into the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add water. Mix well.
  4. Add almond butter. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the oats.
  6. Press into two parchment-lined mini loaf pans.
  7. Set in the freezer for about an hour, or until the bar peels cleanly from the parchment.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Store in the refrigerator, each wrapped in parchment. If you plan to carry the bar with you, freeze ahead of time and let it thaw while you're out.
Notes
A note about substitutions: This should also work with vegan protein powders. Pea proteins (or pea blends) would probably be smoother tasting than rice.
Also, almond butter can be made by processing almonds in a food processor.
