  1. Combine ingredients and store in a jar. (You might want to sift the cocoa into the mix to get rid of any clumps).
  2. Add two rounded tablespoons to 6 ounces (177 ml) warm milk or water. Mix well.
  3. Enjoy!
A note about substitutions: you can substitute your favorite protein powder for the chocolate whey, including casein and vegan proteins.
