Tiramisu Swirl Protein Truffles

Ingredients
Coffee batter:
Vanilla batter:
Topping:
Instructions
  1. Mix each batter in a separate bowl by first mixing whey with mascarpone, then adding coconut flour.
  2. Break each batter into 8 parts.
  3. For each truffle, combine one part coffee batter with one part vanilla batter. Form into a ball.
  4. Dust with cacao powder.
  5. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
A note about substitutions: because each type of protein powder has a distinct texture, I would not try substituting different types of protein powders in this recipe. (See my Recipe Basics video for examples of what goes wrong when you use the wrong protein powder.)
