Almond Chia Protein Bites

Makes 12 pieces.
  1. Combine almond butter with 3 tablespoons water, and mix until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and cookie dough mix. Mix well.
  3. If the mixture is still dry and crumbly, add more water by the ½ teaspoon. (This depends on how warm and runny your almond butter is.)
  4. Once it combines as a dough, break into 12 pieces or use a #70 scoop for easy portioning.
  5. Roll each piece in your hands to smooth.
  6. Enjoy! Store extras in the refrigerator.
I don't recommend using protein-enriched nut butter with our cookie dough mixes, as they will change the texture of the resulting protein bites. (Too much whey will make the bites sticky.)
