Protein Hanukkah Gelt

Makes 100g of chocolate (10 servings).
  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
  2. Add whey protein and sweeteners. Mix well.
  3. Using a candy funnel (or spoon), fill the coin molds with chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate until set (30 minutes or more).
  5. Turn the molds over, and pop the coins out.
  6. Wrap them in gold foil wrappers.
  7. Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.
