Overnight protein oats make a quick breakfast with enough fuel to start the day. And they couldn’t be easier to prepare! Put all the ingredients in a jar, mix them up, and set the jar in the refrigerator overnight. Done! Breakfast will be ready in the morning! So what are you waiting for?
