Today I’m sharing one of my favorite easy meal-prep meals, Quest Spinach Pasta Ricotta. If you’ve never tried Quest Spinach Fettuccine, you must! Each bag has only 8g carbs, and it’s all fiber! If you top it with a good sauce, you can fool yourself into thinking you’re eating pasta. And it’s super quick to prepare, making it great for easy meal-prep.

In my next blog post (a non-recipe post), I’ll be talking about some favorite food and fitness related things for busy days. Quick meal-prep is a necessity, and this Quest Spinach Pasta Ricotta fits right in!

There’s also going to be a giveaway associated with the next post, so stay tuned! We’re giving away a 6 Pack Fitness bag! In the mean time, get on to and get some low-carb Spinach Fettuccine! And pick up some Rao’s sauce. So delicious!
