Today I’m sharing one of my favorite easy meal-prep meals, Quest Spinach Pasta Ricotta. If you’ve never tried Quest Spinach Fettuccine, you must! Each bag has only 8g carbs, and it’s all fiber! If you top it with a good sauce, you can fool yourself into thinking you’re eating pasta. And it’s super quick to prepare, making it great for easy meal-prep.
