One of the easiest protein snacks I’ve come across is mixing whey protein powder into Greek yogurt. But I don’t always want to feel like I’m eating yogurt, so I like to change up the consistency. I’ve made Chocolate Fudge Brownie Protein Frozen Yogurt, Black Raspberry Protein Frozen Yogurt Pops, and here you have Strawberry Yogurt Protein Mousse!


The key ingredient here is the psyllium husk. Traditional mousse is airy, and the psyllium here gives that same feel (the same way it does in protein breads). And it adds fiber! A simple trick to change up your protein yogurt treat!


If you have room in your macros for a little more carbs, enjoy this with fresh strawberries. Even more delicious!
