It’s Day 3 of Reader Request Week here at Andréa’s Protein Cakery! I recently received a request for recipes using sweet potatoes, and the first thing I thought of was Sweet Potato Protein Pudding!


Back when I was eating more raw vegan foods, I remember finding a delicious recipe for a raw vegan sweet potato pudding. It was delicious and inspiring!


The recipe is simple here, cooked sweet potato + vanilla whey + cinnamon. Perfect for a post-workout meal!

If you have room in your macros for more carbs, add some more sweet potato. Even more delicious!

A note about substitutions: This would probably work well with pea protein or a pea blend, like Warrior Blend (but only if you like the taste as a shake).
I steamed my sweet potato by slicing it before putting it into the steamer basket. Baked or canned sweet potato would also work!
