The supplement has chromium picolinate, green tea extract, and a caffeine blend, with a total of 125mg of caffeine per capsule. The matcha powder I added here has about 70mg per teaspoon, so the two bars in total have about 195mg of caffeine (probably a little more than the average cup of coffee).
The green tea flavor is subtle here. I’m not a tea person, but I enjoyed these very much! The True Athlete whey protein gives a very creamy vanilla flavor, and it matches well with the green tea.

- Put the whey protein and matcha powder in a bowl.
- Open the Lean N' Green capsule and pour the contents into the bowl. Mix well.
- Add water. Mix well.
- Add almond butter. Mix well.
- Fold in the oats.
- Press into two parchment-lined mini loaf pans.
- Set in the freezer for about an hour, or until the bar peels cleanly from the parchment.
- Store in the refrigerator, each wrapped in parchment. If you plan to carry the bar with you, freeze ahead of time and let it thaw while you're out.
Also, almond butter can be made by processing almonds in a food processor.
