Preheat the oven to 325F (163C).
Mix coconut butter and water.
Add in whey, coconut flour, and stevia. Mix well.
Stir in shredded coconut.
Form into 6 dough balls, and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Flatten each cookie (with your hand or the back of a large spoon).
Bake for 4 minutes, and check to see if they are firm. If not, check every minute and remove from oven when firm.
