Vanilla Chip Protein Snack Cake

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F.
  • Line the bottom of a 8x8" square pan and then spray the bottom and sides with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water, and applesauce until no lumps remain.
  • Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into pan and top with remaining chips.
  • Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy! Store refrigerated or frozen.
