Vanilla Chip Protein Snack Cake

Preheat oven to 325F.
Line the bottom of a 8x8" square pan and then spray the bottom and sides with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, water, and applesauce until no lumps remain.
Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan and top with remaining chips.
Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy! Store refrigerated or frozen.
