Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • In a food processor, process the avocado and water.
  • Add coconut butter. Process until smooth.
  • Add whey protein and vanilla seeds. Process until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

A note about substitutions: A whey/casein blend would also work well here. I haven't found a vegan vanilla protein powder that I would recommend for this recipe.
