  • Preheat the oven to 325F (163C).
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This would be great with other flavor whey protein powders, like this strawberry whey, or this natural chocolate whey. I don't recommend using whey isolate for baking, as the results are often dry and rubbery. 
I don't think plant protein powders would work well here, because the banana would make the recipe too wet (like wet sand). But this recipe for chocolate protein cookies can be adapted to vanilla plant protein and peanut butter, if you like!
