This keto chocolate avocado pudding with protein is light, creamy, and delicious. An easy to make healthy chocolate treat! Makes about 2 cups (4 servings).
In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, water, syrup, and almond butter until smooth.
Add chocolate whey powder and cacao powder, and process until smooth.
For a more firm texture, refrigerate before serving.

Notes
Whey protein gives the creamiest texture in this recipe. Whey/casein blends can also be used, but you may need more water. Plant proteins would be grainier and are not recommended.
