  • In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, water, syrup, and almond butter until smooth.
  • Add chocolate whey powder and cacao powder, and process until smooth.
  • For a more firm texture, refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Whey protein gives the creamiest texture in this recipe. Whey/casein blends can also be used, but you may need more water. Plant proteins would be grainier and are not recommended.
