Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Except for the topping, mix all ingredients until combined.
Spoon batter into a ziplock bag or piping bag (if you want to pipe the batter into the pan).
Spray the donut pan with non-stick cooking spray (to simulate the crispier bagel surface).
Pipe batter into pan.
Spray top of bagels with more non-stick spray.
Spoon 1 teaspoon topping on each bagel.
Bake for 16-18 minutes, just until firm. Don't over bake!
