Chewy Chocolate Protein Cookies

Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Mix almond butter and water until combined.
⅓ cup almond butter, 3 tablespoons water
Add stevia. Mix well.
2 packets stevia
Add protein powder and cocoa. Mix well.
¼ cup chocolate pea protein blend, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Portion the cookie dough into 12 pieces, roll each into a ball and slightly flatten them as you place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until firm.
Let cool on a wire rack, and enjoy!
