Chocolate Chip Protein Pillow Cookies
Soft, cake-like chocolate chip protein cookies made with whey protein. Easy protein breakfast or snack!

Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Mix vanilla whey and applesauce until smooth.
1 cup natural vanilla whey protein powder, ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well.
¼ cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder
Fold in chocolate chips.
2 tablespoons stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
Spoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool slightly, and enjoy! Store any extras in the refrigerator.
