Mix the whey protein isolate into the Greek yogurt (it is easier if you put the Greek yogurt in a bowl first, so there is more room to stir). Mix until smooth.
32 oz Greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein isolate
Spoon ½ cup of the yogurt mixture into each of four jars or food storage containers.
Drizzle each with honey (approximately ¼ tablespoon).
2 tablespoons honey
Top each with ¼ cup of berries.
1 cup sliced strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries
Top each with ½ tablespoon granola.
¼ cup protein granola
Repeat steps 2-5 for each jar.
Cover the parfaits tightly and refrigerate.

Notes
Storage: These will keep well for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. To lower the calories and carbs: Omit the honey (for 223 calories and 20g carbs per serving).Whey protein powder: I recommend a lightly-flavored whey protein isolate. If your protein powder has a strong flavor, you'll taste it in this breakfast parfait.Use a lightly flavored whey protein so it does not overpower the yogurt, fruit, and honey. Vanilla or unflavored whey works especially well.Use firm, fresh fruit. Overripe or very juicy fruit will release more liquid and can make the parfait watery after a few days. Do not use frozen fruit. For the best texture, use thick Greek yogurt rather than regular yogurt. A thinner yogurt may become watery as the parfait sits.Granola texture: The granola will soften slightly as the parfaits sit in the refrigerator. If you prefer it extra crunchy, keep the granola separate and add it just before serving or taking your parfait on the go.Keep the jars tightly covered in the refrigerator. These yogurt parfaits are designed for meal prep and will stay fresh for several days.
