- ⅓ cup milk (any kind) I used unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy, for best results
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- a pinch salt
Add frozen banana slices to the belnder cup, followed by milk, peanut butter, protein powder, and salt.
