  • 1 ⅓ cup frozen banana slices
  • cup milk (any kind) I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy, for best results
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana slices to the belnder cup, followed by milk, peanut butter, protein powder, and salt.
