Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
Mix whey protein, coconut flour, and water.
⅓ cup vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 2 tablespoons water
Add coconut butter, and mix well.

Fold in raspberries. Let them break into seeds, but try not to break them down further.
½ cup raspberries
Fold in shredded coconut.
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined pan.
Bake at 325F (163C) for about 12 minutes.
