  • Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
  • Mix whey protein, coconut flour, and water.
    ⅓ cup vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 2 tablespoons water
  • Add coconut butter, and mix well.

  • Fold in raspberries. Let them break into seeds, but try not to break them down further.
    ½ cup raspberries
  • Fold in shredded coconut.
    1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined pan.
  • Bake at 325F (163C) for about 12 minutes.
