Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

These protein cookies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Healthy vegan double chocolate chip cookies with a protein boost and no added sugar. Give this recipe a try!

Note that this recipe works well with pea protein, pea blends, or rice protein. I don't recommend using whey protein in this recipe.

Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

These protein cookies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Easy recipe made with plant-based protein powder and sugar free chips.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 g) almond butter or any nut butter
  • ¼ cup (60 g) water
  • a pinch sea salt
  • ⅓ cup (33 g) chocolate pea protein
  • 2 tablespoons (21 g) sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
  • Mix almond butter, water, and salt until combined.
    ¼ cup (60 g) almond butter, ¼ cup (60 g) water, a pinch sea salt
  • Add pea protein, and combine into a dough. You may need to use your hands.
    ⅓ cup (33 g) chocolate pea protein
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
    2 tablespoons (21 g) sugar free chocolate chips
  • Break into 8 pieces, and roll each into a ball. Press and flatten each onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes, or until firm.
  • Let cool, and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe works well with pea protein, pea blends, or rice protein. I don't recommend using whey protein in this recipe.
