Note that this recipe works well with pea protein, pea blends, or rice protein. I don't recommend using whey protein in this recipe.

Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
These protein cookies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Easy recipe made with plant-based protein powder and sugar free chips.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 g) almond butter or any nut butter
- ¼ cup (60 g) water
- a pinch sea salt
- ⅓ cup (33 g) chocolate pea protein
- 2 tablespoons (21 g) sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F (163C).
- Mix almond butter, water, and salt until combined.¼ cup (60 g) almond butter, ¼ cup (60 g) water, a pinch sea salt
- Add pea protein, and combine into a dough. You may need to use your hands.⅓ cup (33 g) chocolate pea protein
- Fold in chocolate chips.2 tablespoons (21 g) sugar free chocolate chips
- Break into 8 pieces, and roll each into a ball. Press and flatten each onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until firm.
- Let cool, and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe works well with pea protein, pea blends, or rice protein. I don't recommend using whey protein in this recipe.
