This light, creamy, delicious chocolate treat is easy to make and guilt free! Try this keto chocolate avocado pudding with protein. It will not disappoint!

I started with a typical raw vegan chocolate mousse recipe with avocado. I switched out the sweetener and added chocolate whey protein powder.
Keeping with the raw vegan inspiration, I garnished it here with a small piece of raw chocolate.
I hope you'll give this Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding with Protein a try. It's a healthy, delicious, high-protein chocolate treat!

Notes
Whey protein gives the creamiest texture in this recipe. Whey/casein blends can also be used, but you may need more water. Plant proteins would be grainier and are not recommended.

So glad you like it, Elisabeth! The key is to use ripe avocado. If it isn't yet ripe, you'll taste it.
Thanks for writing in! :)
