Even though I follow a healthy food plan, I still enjoy comfort food during stressful times. Lately I've been thinking about chocolate mousse, and created this Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding with Protein to satisfy the craving. It's light, creamy, and delicious!
I started with a typical raw vegan chocolate mousse recipe with avocado from Living on Live Food. I lightened up on the sweetener and used chocolate whey protein powder.
Keeping with the raw vegan inspiration, I garnished it here with a small piece of raw chocolate.

- In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, water, agave and almond butter until smooth.
- Add chocolate whey powder and cacao powder, and process until smooth.
- For a more firm texture, refrigerate before serving.
Almond butter can be made by processing almonds in a food processor.
