When you’re not quite ready for summer to end but you’re looking forward to fall, you need a frozen treat with a cinnamon twist! Cinnamon Honey Protein Frozen Yogurt is just the treat.
This recipe is a simple mix of Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla whey, and cinnamon. I made it in an ice cream maker, but you can also have it as (unfrozen) yogurt. Either way, it is delicious!
I’m not really a superfan of honey, but I used a local raw clover blossom honey and I enjoyed this Cinnamon Honey Protein Frozen Yogurt very much. I hope you’ll give it a try!

- 8oz fat-free Greek yogurt (227g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
- ¼ cup natural vanilla whey protein powder (26g)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (1g)
- Mix yogurt and honey.
- Add vanilla whey, and mix well.
- Add cinnamon.
- Follow instructions on ice cream maker, or enjoy as is.
