These high protein breakfast recipes make mornings easy and delicious, with 30+ grams of protein per serving. The list includes simple meal prep options and quick breakfasts. Each recipe is easy to make and designed to keep you full and satisfied.

All of the recipes here have at least 30g protein, up to 62g! We've included options with meat, vegetarian recipes, and some made with protein powder. Many are gluten free.
