Sugar Free Recipes
Almost all of the recipes on this site are low in sugar, but these are the ones that have zero grams of sugar. Since whey protein concentrate tends to have a couple of grams of sugar from the lactose in milk, that carries over into most of the recipes on this blog. I generally don't advise baking with whey isolate because the results are dry and rubbery (unless you add a lot of regular carb-filled ingredients, which seems to defeat the purpose).
