    High Protein Keto Recipes (Easy, Healthy, Meatless)

    Need some new options for high protein keto recipes? You're in the right place! I’ve gathered my favorite keto-friendly recipes here, and they are a great way to get some extra protein while sticking to your low carb or keto diet.

    These high protein recipes are all meatless and made with protein powder (different types), and they are all great for meal prep.

    I hope you find some new, interesting keto-friendly recipes here. If you are new to using protein powder in recipes, please keep in mind that different types of protein powder are generally not interchangeable in recipes. For best results with these protein recipes, please use the type of protein powder called for in the recipe.

    1. Basic Protein Bread

    The most popular of my low carb recipes, ⅛ of this loaf contains 17 grams of protein, 1g fat, and 1g net carbs. And the best part is that it is a 3-ingredient recipe! This low fat keto bread would be a great addition to a low-carb diet or any weight loss plan.

    2. The BEST Protein Fudge

    An upgrade to keto fat bombs that the entire family will love! The combination of delicious flavors in this keto fudge truly makes it the best. The recipe calls for coconut butter, hazelnut butter (or almond butter), and whey protein powder. Your taste buds will dance! It’s so delicious. And with just 3 grams of carbs ( 1.5 net carbs), there's always room for a piece.

    3. Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Balls

    A great alternative to protein bars, this high protein snack recipe calls for a whey/casein protein blend, lemon juice and zest, and coconut flour. Keep some on hand for a quick snack or pack them for an on-the-go protein boost.

    4. Sopapilla Protein Cheesecake Bars

    If you have one net carb to spare, this is the best way to use it! These low carb cheesecake bars are full of flavor, and the layers make them so easy to pick up for a quick keto snack. Another recipe the whole family will enjoy (although you may not want to share!).

    5. Low Carb Protein Croutons

    Great tasting croutons can transform a simple salad into a favorite meal. These are made with my Basic Protein Bread recipe, olive oil, and seasonings, and they are perfect on top of a salad for a protein-packed meatless healthy dinner.

    6. White Protein Pizza Wraps

    One of my favorite high-protein recipes, these pizza wraps can be made ahead and packed for an easy meal to go. Great to have on hand as a quick dinner for busy weeknights, too.

    7. Vanilla Protein Pancakes with Chocolate Syrup

    If you struggle to get enough protein, these protein pancakes will be one of your favorite low-carb recipes. Swap out the homemade chocolate syrup for another topping, if you wish. Either way, one of the easiest high-protein meals!

    8. Chocolate Mint No-Bake Protein Cookies (Whey and Hemp)

    The combination of flavors and textures here is just heavenly! Fair warning, you might not want to share this deliciousness! The crust is made with cashew butter and rice protein, and the filling with cream cheese and Greek yogurt. These high protein treats have 3 net grams of carbohydrates, and they are worth every one. I promise!
