Protein Bread Recipes

Here you'll find recipes for high protein slice bread, bagels, wraps, and more. The recipe for Basic Protein Bread is very popular, likely because 1/8 of the loaf (two thin slices) has only 1g net carbs.

The loaf pan I used for these is ~8" x 4", which is smaller than some you'll find. If you're not getting the same height you see in the pictures, it is likely the size of the loaf pan.
