Low Carb, Keto Friendly Recipes
The recipes in this category are either low carb/keto-friendly as posted, or can be made low carb/keto with a quick swap. Please note, however, that this is not a keto blog, and I do not follow a keto diet. Some of these baked recipes are made with Proteinfull Baking Keto-friendly Protein Cake Mix. It has 2.5g net carbs per cupcake, comparable to other keto cake mixes, with better taste and texture (thanks to the protein blend!). And it has much less fat and calories per cupcake, too. On the package you'll see the serving size is two cupcakes (based on FDA guidelines), so the net carbs per serving are listed as 5g per serving.
