    Whey Protein Recipes

    Here you'll find our (gluten free) whey protein recipes. Baking with whey protein can be tricky because different whey protein powders can bake very differently. If you use a different whey protein than the one used in the recipe, you may get different results (but it's worth a try, if it's what you already have!).

    Whey concentrate generally bakes better than whey isolate, but if you use a whey isolate in unbaked recipes (like for Protein Balls), I suggest a creamy whey isolate like Blue Bonnet and *not* a thin whey isolate like Isopure.
